This film follows the stories of three women living in the same apartment building. Frustrated by a friend who wants her to spank him and have lesbian sex, Joelle (Marilyn Guillaume) finally manages to lose her virginity to her teacher, Hector, but the couple is discovered by Joelle's father, and she is kicked out of the apartment. Martine (Carole Geer) is unsatisfied with her husband, so she seeks pleasure elsewhere, perhaps with her friend (Dolores Manta and her husband).
Upon learning of this, Martine's husband leaves her. Arlene (Siegried Cellier) has had many affairs with men, but feels they are only attracted to her money. One day, after being robbed blind, including her clothes, she is brought back to her apartment by the doorman, who confesses his love for her. But when she offers him money, he leaves her in disgust. All three women end up in a fourth apartment, where Martina's friend lives, who organizes group sex parties. The film ends with a massive sex orgy.
